United Way Mumbai is a non-profit organization working in urban and rural communities across India to identify and implement the most impactful solutions to community problems. Our mission is to improve lives by mobilising the caring power of communities to advance the common good.

We are part of a 130+ year old international network spread across 41 countries. Through our network we raise over $5 billion annually and impact up to 50 million people every year by focusing on education, livelihood and health – the building blocks for a good quality of life and a strong community. We envision a world where every community is a strong one, with jobs that pay a liveable wage, good schools and a healthy environment.
